Windsor Athletic Club serves the Princeton Junction, West Windsor, Princeton, Lawrenceville, and Mercer County area with fitness, sports, swimming, training, and community focused programs.
L.I. Productions supports the club’s ongoing marketing needs through social media content, post planning, caption writing, short form video, promotional filming, and event coverage.
The work combines two needs: keeping the account active week to week, and creating stronger video assets that can promote the club beyond a single post. This includes fitness content, instructor driven content, social media reels, event recaps, community posts, and polished promotional videos that show WAC as a practical, active, family friendly athletic club in Central New Jersey.
The Challenge
WAC has a wide range of programs and spaces, but that also creates a communication problem.
A single audience does not explain the whole club. Some people care about fitness classes. Some care about swimming. Some care about family activities. Some care about sports, training, childcare, events, or simply finding a local gym that feels welcoming.
The challenge was to create content that could organize all of that without making the brand feel scattered. The social presence needed to be consistent, local, and easy to understand. It also needed to show real activity inside the club, not generic fitness advertising.

Content Direction
We shaped the content around the strongest asset WAC already has: daily activity.
Instead of forcing the club into a polished but empty fitness brand style, we focused on real moments inside the facility. Classes in motion. Members participating. Instructors leading. Events bringing people together. Programs that speak to families, athletes, and local residents. This gives the content a grounded tone. It feels like the club, not a stock fitness campaign.
Social Media Structure
The social media work is built around consistency.
Every post needs a reason to exist. Some posts promote a specific class or event. Some highlight the instructor. Some show the atmosphere of the club. Some support local search by connecting WAC to Princeton Junction, West Windsor, Princeton, Lawrenceville, and Mercer County. The account direction is designed to help local audiences quickly understand what WAC offers and why it may fit their routine.
Promo Video Approach
For the promotional videos, the approach is more cinematic and intentional. The camera does not only capture machines or facilities. It captures movement, rhythm, faces, space, and energy. The goal is to make the viewer feel what the club feels like during an active day.
